SUMMARY:
Excellent opportunity to use your minimum three to five years Property Administration experience working 4 days remotely and 1 day in our clients office in Stellenbosch.

This position involves your strong administration and organisational skills to manage various buildings that fall under a UK company's property portfolio.

If you are used to working in a fast paced environment, have a good work ethic and a desire to progress within the property sector this will be an excellent opportunity for you.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12, plus relevant qualifications highly advantageous
Property experience ESSENTIAL
Excellent communication experience dealing with property owners, clients and property team ESSENTIAL
Must have very good organisational skills
Able to prioritize work and a fast learner
Computer literate in Microsoft Office programes
Excellent typing skills
Able to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
Good work ethic and a desire to progress within the property industry.
Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 Monday – Friday
1 day in office in Stellenbosch, 4 days remote working

DUTIES
Dealing with Clients and Property Team
Acting as a right hand assistant to the Property Manager
Focusing on professional customer service; phone, email etc.
General administration duties
Invoice processing
Assist with a new property to be set up the in-house systems
Maintain up to date contact information.
Mail outs
Check key documents are scanned and saved
Managing service charge and dealing with ground rent queries
Arrange works with contractors when necessary
Attend to maintenance issues that need administration assistance
Extensive client liaison, direct contact for all problem solving and enquiries
General administration duties for all property requirements
