Property Administrator

SUMMARY:
Property management company seeks to hire a Property Administrator to be part of their growing team, you will work closely with the Property Manager and Facilities Manager.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• Matric
• Diploma in Finance

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Property Administrator
• MRI (MDA)
• Excel

• Assist the Property Manager with admin such as:
  • Loading of new leases
  • Monitoring lease expiries to ensure renewals are done in time
  • Monitor parking allocations in the buildings
  • Responding to emails from tenants to resolve queries, arranging tenant requests etc
• Assist the Facilities Manager with admin such as:
  • Loading new suppliers
  • Monitoring the schedule of current / ongoing projects
  • Monitoring outstanding orders
  • Taking customer calls
  • Attending to queries / enquiries
• Assist the finance team with admin such as:
  • Putting audit files together
  • Minutes of meetings
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Assisting with ad hoc functions
