SUMMARY:
Property management company seeks to hire a Property Administrator to be part of their growing team, you will work closely with the Property Manager and Facilities Manager.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Matric
Diploma in Finance

Skills:

2-3 years’ experience as a Property Administrator
MRI (MDA)
Excel

Job description: violations offences

Assist the Property Manager with admin such as:
- Loading of new leases
- Monitoring lease expiries to ensure renewals are done in time
- Monitor parking allocations in the buildings
- Responding to emails from tenants to resolve queries, arranging tenant requests etc
Assist the Facilities Manager with admin such as:
- Loading new suppliers
- Monitoring the schedule of current / ongoing projects
- Monitoring outstanding orders
- Taking customer calls
- Attending to queries / enquiries
Assist the finance team with admin such as:
- Putting audit files together
- Minutes of meetings
- Scheduling meetings
- Assisting with ad hoc functions
