JOB DESCRIPTION:

Salary: R16 000 to R18 000 per month

Our client, a well-established firm in the Menlyn area is seeking an experienced Property Administration / General Office Admin to join their team as soon as possible.

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Computer literate with understanding of invoicing
  • 2+ years within the same or similar role
  • Previous proven experience with the software Xero
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Driver’s license and own car

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Property Management:

  • Sourcing tenants, lease agreements & renewals including credit & background checks if not using an estate agent
  • Entry & Exit inspections and key handover
  • Invoicing tenants & rent collection
  • Coordinating maintenance of properties as required
  • Managing utilities and levy accounts via City of Tshwane, City of Joburg & Eskom.
  • All council related queries, closing / opening of accounts

Maintenance:

  • Manage maintenance team and coordinate their schedules
  • Ordering of materials
  • Recon of maintenance material accounts
  • Inter-company invoicing for maintenance work & materials

Office Administration:

  • Manage SLA’s and Service Provider contracts eg. Aircons, printers & phones
  • Motor Vehicle License renewals
  • Ordering of stationery and office supplies
  • Monthly financial recon of expenses on Xero

HR:

  • Employment contracts and renewals
  • Keeping Employee Files up to date
