SUMMARY:
You will serve as the central coordination point between residents, prospective residents, Finance, Facilities, Marketing & Management regarding occupancy administration, lease management, inspections, compliance and property-related communication.

POSITION INFO:

The purpose and responsibility of the position is to administer and coordinate all property, lease, occupancy and resident-related processes across the organisation’s property portfolio, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, maintenance of accurate records, achievement of occupancy objectives, protection of resident rights, and delivery of professional resident-focused service.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s licence
Min. 3 yr’s experience in property administration, leasing or real estate administration
Experience managing lease agreements and occupancy processes
Experience dealing directly with residents and customers
Experience working on property management systems
Retirement village, snr living or housing administration exp. advantageous
Certificate / Diploma in Property Administration, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field advantageous
Computer literacy (MS Office)
