JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
  • Promote the Estate lifestyle through constant internal communication and planned external communication; organised sponsored promotional events; well-run functions and mutually beneficial relationships with estate agents and other external parties
  • Actively promote and maximise the use of the facilities which exist within the Estate
  • Generate revenue ensuring that maximum profitability is achieved
  • Positive internal relationships and communication with tenants, residents, and patrons
  • Manage the cleaning teams and report maintenance issues
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential
  • Computer literate
