Hillcrest, KwaZulu Natal. Opportunity exists for vibrant and energetic person with strong administration ability and excellent people skills to join large residential Estate.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Promote the Estate lifestyle through constant internal communication and planned external communication; organised sponsored promotional events; well-run functions and mutually beneficial relationships with estate agents and other external parties
Actively promote and maximise the use of the facilities which exist within the Estate
Generate revenue ensuring that maximum profitability is achieved
Positive internal relationships and communication with tenants, residents, and patrons
Manage the cleaning teams and report maintenance issues

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar position is essential
Computer literate
