• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.

• Plan and execute promotions, activations, and exhibitions in collaboration with suppliers, networks, and sales teams.

• Recruit, manage, and motivate in-store promoters.

• Continuously identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
