Project Team Leader

Our client is a leading supplier of liquid packaging solutions and has this excellent opportunity on offer for a Project Team Leader. Based in Paarl

For the position you would be required to have:

• Trade Tested Artisan: Millwright, Fitter & Turner or Electrician
• 10 years' experience in a packaging equipment manufacturing environment
• 5 years as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Foreman
• Computer literate: MS Office, Dynamics NAV, CAD preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Leadership, admin and planning and organising skills

Responsibilities would include you to:

• • • • Co-ordinate and manage equipment production function of the project team
      • Ensure all outputs meet required company standards
      • Supervise and oversee production processes
      • Provide technical guidance and lead production staff in the project team to deliver the required output as per project schedule
      • Ensure that workshop safety standards are adhered to
      • Provide relevant support to the team when involved in client site work
      • Day to day management functions as required for the project team
