Are you a professional Executive living in George who has minimum 5 years’ experience running a Senior Directors portfolio of executive assistant requirements.
 
We require a detailed and accurate individual who takes initiative, can communicate professionally in English and Afrikaans and can go the extra mile ensuring the Directors schedule can run efficiently and can save the Directors time effectively

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS 

• Matric, or related qualification
• Must be efficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Diploma in administration required
• Excellent command of the English and Afrikaans language, written and spoken
• Highly detail oriented, organised, and deadline driven
• High focus on punctuality and always ensuring details are double checked for accuracy
• Proficiency in using data reporting tools to generate actionable insights
• Own vehicle essential

• Diary Management
• Working with a high level of integrity and privacy of confidential information
• Research for various of the Directors projects
• Setting up of meetings, the venue and attendees
• Compile minutes of meeting and distribute accordingly
• Prepare high-level presentations on PowerPoint
• Manage international and local travel arrangements, including visas, flights, transport and accommodation
• Strategic Networking and establishing relationships with various community organizations, industry partners and shareholders
• Serving as the “first point of contact” for emails, enquiries to save time for the Director
• Conducting internet research and writing content for blog posts or press releases
• Taking ownership of development projects and representing the company at events
• Business support, managing reports, correspondence for the various entities owned by the Director
• Manage property portfolio - coordinating maintenance, service schedules, and tenant queries
• Managing the Directors residence, household staff, and any requirements for family and children
• Make oneself available for after hour queries when needed via an office phone
