Production Supervisor - Benoni

POSITION INFO:
We are recruiting a Production Supervisor to oversee production teams and ensure delivery of high-quality output in a heavy manufacturing environment.

â Key Requirements:

N3 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering + Trade Test (Fitting & Turning / Turning).
5 years’ supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing (essential).
2 years’ CNC/machining experience (essential).
Strong leadership, people management & production knowledge.
SAP experience advantageous.

ð Responsibilities include: managing workflow, meeting production targets, monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
