Product Marketing Specialist / Manager

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

1. Translate and incorporate brand strategies into effective go-to-market strategies.

2. Develop and execute product market positioning and go-to-market strategies.

3. Define target markets, core marketing messages, and product value propositions.

4. Ensure consistent application of target marketing, key messaging, and value propositions across all marketing touchpoints.

5. Lead the creation and refinement of marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and product/category-specific communication.

6. Ensure content accuracy and maintain high standards of quality assurance.

7. Collaborate with internal teams on KPIs/targets, pricing strategies, supply planning, incentive programs, as well as in-store merchandising and product training.

8. Manage collaboration with external partners and agencies to ensure the strategic vision is effectively executed.

9. Manage, optimize, and report on marketing campaigns, ensuring performance aligns with defined KPIs and targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience:

  • At least 2 years of Through-the-Line (TTL) marketing experience.

  • At least 2 years of project management experience.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience in developing product positioning strategies.

  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to focus on both strategic direction and detailed execution.

• Language: English or Mandarin.

• Additional Preference:

  • Strong understanding of the relationship between supply chain, sales, and marketing collaboration to achieve effective results.
