JOB DESCRIPTION:

Planet Fitness is the largest privately owned Health and Wellness Group in South Africa with a national footprint of 48 Clubs.

Purpose of the job:

Ability to build strong working relationships within a project driven environment and by offering strong administrative, with a key focus on implementing a strong administrative support process within the Procurement Team.

Job Role:

  • Take full ownership of administration / records: Purchases, pricing
  • Ability to manage and action a busy desk – multi-tasking
  • Exposure to a project-based space
  • Work in a tight deadline driven environment
  • Work with various service providers: internally and externally
  • Update all new information required for all service providers
  • Work with the Procurement Manager and the team to ensure all required deadlines are met.
  • Ability to integrate and build strong working relationships within their department and external divisions.

Key Daily duties would include:

  • Updating pricing
  • Updating catalogues
  • Managing supplier portals
  • Managing supplier tenders submitted on the portal
  • Required to interphase between Oxalys (software) and Business Central
  • Managing supplier documentation submitted via the portal
  • Ensuring all suppliers documentation is submitted correctly
  • Taking responsibility for the Supplier Onboarding process

-          Providing training to the supplier on how to use the Portal

-          Managing any club queries regarding he system

-          Providing training to new staff

-          Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the system.

-          Liaise with the Internal Audit team for auditing purposes

Experience

  • 2 years plus procurement experience within a project-based environment
  • Oxalys Software practical experience would be an advantage
  • Must be based in the Gauteng region
  • Above average communication skill written and verbal
  • Must have relatable transport with valid SA Drivers license
