SUMMARY:
The main purpose of this position is to carry out procurement duties efficiently and effectively

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Procurement based on operational requirement, including sourcing & pricing, through Workflow.
Reviewing & loading of new vendor applications. Changes / updates to supplier master data on Accpac.
Housekeeping on duplicate / inactive accounts.
Matching of orders, delivery notes and supplier invoices and receipt goods on workflow.
To ensure correct treatment of VAT purchases.
Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages & cancellations.
Maintaining a Preferred Supplier list.

Requirements:

Grade 12/Matric
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
MS Office - Excel | Advanced
Minimum 2 years ERP and CRM system - Accpac will be an advantage
