Procurement / Buyer - Parow - R10,000-R12,000 per month

Seeking a driven and detail-oriented person for Procurement Officer with knowledge and experience of sales and marketing principles and/or experience in roofing/construction industry.

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• Purchasing Certificate or Relevant experience
• Fully bilingual Afrikaans & English
• Able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills.
• Work hours: Monday – Thursday 7:45 – 16:45, Friday 7:45 – 15:45

Responsibilities:

• Processing purchase orders
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Tracking orders
• Ensuring details on purchase orders and delivery notes correspond and that any discrepancies are corrected
• Creating, and maintaining an inventory.
• Tracking and capturing of vehicle fleet movements and expenditure and reporting thereon
• Compile vehicle registration and licensing documentation as required.
