JOB DESCRIPTION:

Procurement / Buyer - Parow - R10,000-R12,000 per month

Seeking a driven and detail-oriented person for Procurement Officer with knowledge and experience of sales and marketing principles and/or experience in roofing/construction industry.

Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Purchasing Certificate or Relevant experience
Fully bilingual Afrikaans & English
Able to work under pressure
Good communication skills.
Work hours: Monday – Thursday 7:45 – 16:45, Friday 7:45 – 15:45

Responsibilities:

Processing purchase orders
Negotiating with suppliers
Tracking orders
Ensuring details on purchase orders and delivery notes correspond and that any discrepancies are corrected
Creating, and maintaining an inventory.
Tracking and capturing of vehicle fleet movements and expenditure and reporting thereon
Compile vehicle registration and licensing documentation as required.
