My client is looking for a Press / Injection Moulding Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Experience in a moulding department or environment

  • Strong Personality
  • Injection Moulding Experience
  • Compression Moulding Experience
  • Planning Skills
  • Knowledge of LEAN and 5S in manufacturing
  • Experience in a rubber manufacturing environment will be beneficial

 

 Essential Duties

 

  • Supervises all functions within the Moulding/Press Area to ensure timely and efficient production output
  • Main responsibilities include scheduling and prioritizing of all Moulding Department functions within the areas of housekeeping, production making, problem solving and planning.
  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the work done by carrying out these job responsibilities in accordance with the organization''''s policies and applicable laws.
  • Ensuring that realistic targets are set for individuals within the department and that they are met when agreed to.
