PRIVATE RESORT & WELLNESS SPA | South Africa - (ZA)

START: March 2026

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

Monday - Sunday
08:00 - 20:00 (shifts apply)
3 Weeks ON / 1 Week OFF

REPORTS TO: SPA Manager & Assistant SPA Manager / GM / CEO

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

R13,000 - R20,000 per month / NEG (Based on desired experience)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Beautifully groomed & professionally presentable - your presence must exude Premium Spa, Luxury & Exclusivity
Confident in English language (Speak, Read & Write) - we deal with international, UHNW, clients
Formal, recognized qualification in SPA / Beauty / Skin Care or Cosmetology
CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP accredited certification
At least TWO years, post-graduation, experience in luxury SPA environment performing SPA therapies Cruise Ship Spa / Resort Spa or 5-star Hotel
International employment experience is highly favourable (Middle East / UK / USA / Cruise Ship / Europe, etc)
Exceptional SPA therapy skills - make every guest feel like a VIP
Ability to work remotely and independently
Strong team player - be part of the formidable dream team - South Africa's finest!
Sober habits - you must live a life of wellness (fit and healthy to do your daily tasks)
Able to assist where operationally required (cleaning the spa, stock take, spa tours, team tasks - you are part of a team!)
Skilled and confident to deliver premium spa services with expert knowledge of trending treatments & product ingredients
Warm, welcoming personality
Career driven, yet still humble
Proven sales confidence
