POSITION INFO:
We're looking for a Predictive Modeller who’s equal parts data wizard and problem-solver. Someone who has not just fine-tuned a few models but actually built them from the ground up. If you enjoy experimenting, improving, and creating models that make a real-world impact, then you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and enhancing predictive models that solve real business problems (not just look good on paper).
• Tweaking algorithms and features until they hum with accuracy and reliability.
• Evaluating model performance and making improvements that actually move the needle.
• Working with stakeholders to turn questions into modelling challenges — and then into clear answers.
• Collaborating with Data Engineers to get your models into production (and keep them running smoothly).
• Presenting your insights to technical and non-technical folks alike — because great work deserves to be understood.

• Hands-on experience building and improving predictive models in the wild.
• Strong command of Python, R, SQL, or similar — and you're not afraid of version control or a good Jupyter notebook.
• Solid foundation in statistical modelling, machine learning techniques, and model validation.
• Experience working with big, messy datasets and turning them into something clean and usable.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in finance, insurance, telecoms, or another data-heavy industry — but if you’ve got the skills, we’re interested.
