What You’ll Do:

• Design and build predictive models from the ground up to solve real business challenges.
• Own the entire modelling lifecycle—from data exploration to production deployment.
• Apply machine learning and advanced statistical methods to develop high-performance models.
• Collaborate across teams to translate business needs into model-driven solutions.
• Work on a mix of exploratory, strategic, and operational modelling projects.
• Drive innovation by challenging assumptions and finding smarter ways to deliver predictive insights.
• Continuously refine, test, and optimise models for accuracy, relevance, and stability.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in predictive model development (not just maintenance).
• Proven ability to build models from scratch using clean or messy real-world data.
• Strong programming and modelling skills – Python, R, SQL, or similar tools.
• Applied knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques in a business context.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and drive your work forward independently.
• Experience in financial services or insurance modelling is a strong plus.
• Must be office-based and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
