SUMMARY:
A Vehicle Dealership in Bronkhorstspruit is hiring for a "Pre Owned Vehicle Sales Manager". Salary: R25 000 - R30 000 pm depending on experience.

POSITION INFO:
Key Performance Areas:

Recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing sales executives to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
Sourcing, pricing, displaying, and merchandising used vehicles to optimize sales.
Assisting sales executives with customer follow-ups, escalations, and closing deals, while ensuring ethical and professional sales practices.
Collaborating with finance and insurance managers to offer competitive packages and maximize dealership profitability.
Vehicle valuation.
Monitoring key financial indicators; and attaining budgeted targets.
Stock management: set standards, parameters, visualize, report and implement actions.
Customer experience; performance measurement and implementation of appropriate action plans.
Drive sales growth and support dealer profitability and customer retention

Requirements:

Must have Grade 12/Matric qualification essential, Diploma in Business management or Marketing Management will be advantageous
Relevant motor industry experience minimum of 8 years, preferably in used cars
Must have track record in sales of used vehicles
Should have previous management experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach, communicate and engage people at all levels of seniority
Sound business acumen to support strategic initiatives aligned to growth of the department
Knowledge of Used vehicle trade.
