SUMMARY:
Policy Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a policy administration and/or customer service role.
Short-term Insurance industry experience
- Good IT knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of pivot tables
- Prior knowledge of the finance and motor industry would be an advantage.

Background knowledge of short-term insurance and underwriting. The role of the Policy Administrator is to support the business through effective administration, analysis, management and reporting on its policy framework, performance and related internal systems and processes.

Matric /Grade 12
Regulatory Examination – Representative
Full NQF 4 Short-Term Insurance qualification
