Point of Contact Assistant at Financial Firm

Boston’s Graduate Support Services is recruiting Boston graduates for our client, a world-class firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Details:
Start Date: 1 June 2022 or soon thereafter
Location: Cape Town Airport Industria; office based
Job Type: Permanent, after a satisfactory probation period of 3 months.
Salary: Market-related, depending on qualifications and experience

Required skills and personal attributes:

Patience, resilience, tenacity, show attention to detail and be conscientious
Strong communication skills
Telephone etiquette and listening skills
An excitement to learn from and contribute to a dynamic and interactive team.
Computer literacy: Excel, MS Word and database understanding
Ability to manipulate downloaded data
Preference will be given to Boston City Campus graduates

Key job responsibilities

To thoroughly research and identify decision makers
Ability to confidently make information gathering calls
To update the company’s database and client records accurately and with detailed notes.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Any additional Ad-hoc researchers’ requests
