Key Responsibilities

Meet personal sales targets across the full range of products and services within the identified market and geography

Promote and sell products to new and existing customers through formulating and maintaining sound relationships

Demonstrate products to new and existing clients and assist in selecting the most suitable option

Conduct presentations and follow-up calls with clients on products already purchased and new products on the market

Actively resolve customer problems and complaints

Conduct informative meetings with general practitioners, pharmacists and specialists, and keep a record of visits

Analyse market trends and stay abreast of new developments, particularly within the CNS category

Identify risks and opportunities with regard to sales

Report to management on trends and gaps in the market

Prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals to ensure the successful outcome of transactions

Adhere to customer SLAs and performance criteria

Conduct business reviews with customers for compliance to governance and business procedures

Provide monthly and quarterly feedback on performance deliverables against contract

Identify development areas and take initiative to close gaps in order to grow business

Act as a champion and ambassador for the service culture

Generate a monthly cost control report on spend versus allocated budget

Plan monthly spend
