Are you passionate about insurance and underwriting? Join our dynamic team as a Personal Lines Underwriter and play a key role supporting our Personal Lines portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to work with experienced professionals, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our continued success.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare insurance quotes and assess risks based on detailed client profiles.
• Determine premiums and handle inventory arrangements, liaising directly with clients regarding outcomes.
• Assist with post-loss actions and policy corrections following claims.
• Manage administrative aspects including retentions, renewals, non-payment of premiums, cancellations, confirmation of cover, and issuing insurance certificates.
• Integrate TIG Administration products with client portfolios for seamless coverage.
• Foster relationships with internal and external brokers, clients, insurers, and service providers.
• Remain informed about the latest insurance regulations and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in Personal Lines Underwriting.
• Strong underwriting acumen, preferably with Hollard Binder exposure.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance practices.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work both independently and within a team setting.
• Proven time management and organisational skills.
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Cardinal 360 system experience is essential.
