A leading organisation is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant/Administrator to provide seamless executive and operational support to the Managing Director. This is a pivotal role for an experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to multitask, and understands the importance of discretion and detail.

The successful candidate will be the right hand to the MD—managing calendars, preparing documents, coordinating travel, and acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a trusted role where no two days are the same and your proactive approach truly makes a difference.

Key Skills and Experience:

Minimum 5 years'' experience as a PA, EA or Administrator at executive level
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven discretion and professional integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A qualification in Business Administration or similar
Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or investment sectors will be a distinct advantage
