SUMMARY:
Our client in the food manufacturing sector is offering an opportunity for a role as a PA to the CEO.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, travel, and events.
Manage all correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required by the CEO.
Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
Support personal tasks and errands as requested by the CEO.
Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, and office supply management.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant to the MD/CEO within an FMCG company
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in ENGLISH AND AFRIKAANS
Experienced in compiling board packs
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Professional discretion and confidentiality.
High attention to detail.
Qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field advantageous
Own transport essential
