SUMMARY:
Personal Assistant to Regional Manager - KZN

POSITION INFO:

Our client, A leading Insurance service provider is seeking to appoint a PERSONAL ASSISTANT to the Regional Manager based at their Empangeni KZN Office, Centurion Gauteng (must have completed a Secretarial Diploma or similar)

The purpose of this role is to assist the Manager with administrative functions.

Some key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Organise Manager diary, meetings, travel arrangements
Reconcile expenditure payments and claim requests
Manage all correspondence between Sales Teams, Sponsorships, Internal and External members
Manage all Brokers and Reps bridging, advances and cancellation applications
Reports, presentations, organise team building and general office administration

Key requirements:

• Matric
• Diploma in Office Administration / Secretarial or similar
• RE 5 ( as an advantage)

• min 3 Years’ Experience as a Personal Assistant
