Personal Assistant to Director and Litigation Secretary (RAF)
R15 – R18 000 ctc
Based in Centurion

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial and administrative support to the two Directors in separate businesses
Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required
Managing of property portfolio and all aspects relating thereto
Attending to personal rental properties and related aspects thereto
Attending to ad hoc instructions relating to private affairs of the respective Directors
Attending to litigation functions of one of the Directors relating to third party injury practice
Attend to daily litigation-related administrative tasks
Manage correspondence between clients and other legal staff and representatives
Monitoring emails and replies where appropriate
Attending to drafting of various pleadings and notices, date applications and basic legal drafting
Assisting in preparing matters in all aspects for trial
Perform additional legal administrative tasks as instructed by the Directors

Minimum Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant / Legal Litigation Secretary.

Proven experience with Road Accident Fund (RAF) / Third Party Claims matters.
Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and legal documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Practical working knowledge of:
