POSITION INFO:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistance to senior management.
• Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
• Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Organise and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documentation.
• Assist with document management and ensure information is captured accurately and timeously.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, service providers, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of efficient administrative processes and procedures.
• Assist with ad hoc projects, research, and administrative tasks as required.
• Manage office-related administration and contribute to the smooth operation of daily business activities.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
• Relevant qualification in Administration, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
• 3–5 years' experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative support role.
• Previous experience within a professional services or financial services environment will be advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to work effectively within technology-driven environments.
