SUMMARY:
Hillcrest, KwaZulu Natal. Large residential Estate seeks Personal Assistant with exceptional administrative and organisational ability to be right-hand person to the Estate Manager. Previous personal assistance experience is essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have an understanding of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA), the Estate Conduct Rules and compliance policies.

Perform general PA duties as well as communicate and liaise with all departments and service providers, residents, and Trustees.

Requirements:

Must be self-directed and able to complete work with limited supervision
High level of discretion when dealing with confidential matters
Excellent communication skills
Work efficiently, accurately, and independently
Maintains organization and flexibility (multitasking) - ability to adjust to changing deadlines
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Computer literate
