ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a fast-growing UK performance marketing and lead generation business operating primarily in the B2B space. Unlike traditional agencies, the business owns and operates its own proprietary brands rather than working with external clients.

The business invests its own capital to build end-to-end demand-generation assets, purchases traffic directly across Meta and Google, and monetizes qualified leads through strategic conversion partners. There are no external clients, pitches, or scope creep.

THE ROLE: PERFORMANCE MEDIA BUYER

The Performance Media Buyer will take total ownership of every ad account across the business. This is an end-to-end media buying role with direct accountability for rapidly scaling daily ad spend while maintaining cost per qualified lead.

The role extends beyond budget management and includes writing briefs, creating high-converting ad scripts, testing creative hooks and offers, optimizing landing page outcomes, and using modern AI tools within the advertising workflow.

You will manage campaigns end-to-end, connecting paid traffic to CRM data and offline conversion milestones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take total ownership of every ad account across the business.
• Rapidly scale daily ad spend while maintaining cost per qualified lead.
• Manage paid traffic directly across Meta and Google.
• Write briefs for advertising campaigns.
• Craft high-converting ad scripts.
• Test creative hooks and offers.
• Optimize landing page outcomes.
• Use modern AI tools within advertising workflows.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end.
• Connect paid traffic to CRM data and offline conversion milestones.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in direct-response lead generation across B2B or B2C lead generation, excluding e-commerce.
• Proven track record of personally running £50,000+ monthly spend on a single account on a sustained basis.
• Active hands-on experience in Ads Manager within the last 12 months.
• Expertise across both Meta and Google.
• Experience across Google Search, Performance Max and YouTube.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-converting ad creatives, scripts, hooks, angles, CTAs and landing pages.
• Experience linking paid advertising campaigns to CRM data and offline conversion outcomes.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools in advertising workflows, such as Veo, Nano Banana and GPT.
• Validated track record with references from a founder, CMO or growth director.
• Direct-response lead generation experience is non-negotiable and must be non-e-commerce.
• £50,000+ sustained monthly spend on a single account is non-negotiable.
• Expertise across both Google and Meta is non-negotiable.
• Hands-on ad creation and scripting ability is non-negotiable.
