SUMMARY:
Are you a detail-driven payroll professional who leads with confidence and care? We're looking for a Payroll Manager to take ownership of our clients payroll function and build a high-performing team around it.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure payroll and service provider payments are processed accurately, on time, and strictly in line with company policy and statutory requirements

Audit payroll data continuously and take corrective action to maintain accuracy at all times
Prepare and submit accurate financial and HR reports on schedule
Reconcile payroll against the general ledger and cash book by deadline, every time
Set the standard for professional, friendly service that internal customers can rely on
Build a competent, motivated payroll team through confident and caring leadership

Mandatory Experience & Skills

A Payroll or relevant qualification
Strong analytical thinking skills
Hands-on Sage 300 People experience
At least 5 years' experience in a similar payroll role
