SUMMARY:
The Payroll Clerk will report directly to the National Senior Payroll Manager.

POSITION INFO:

The Payroll Clerk will report directly to the National Senior Payroll Manager. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that the general Payroll function with regards to Leave Forms, Time Registers and Rostering is accurately actioned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing of Leave Forms
• Checking of Time Registers
• Loading of Contract Adjustments
• Loading Admin Staff on Profit
• Submitting monthly/weekly Payroll reports
• Perform General Admin duties as and when required
• Verification of payroll documents as and when received

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric Certified
• Solid Computer Proficiency
• 2-3 years of direct Payroll Experience
• Relevant Qualification will be advantageous
• Must be proficient in ALL Payroll functions
