SUMMARY:
National Services concern based in Centurion, has an opening for a Payroll Administrator (EE) to join their team. Completed Matric, Diploma in Payroll / studying towards essential, coupled with a minimum of 5+ years Payroll Administration experience. Successful incumbent must be in possession of a SAGE People 300 Certificate (essential). Preference will be given to immediate starters!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Report to the Payroll Supervisor and be responsible for processing 300+ monthly paid salaries / wages on SAGE People 300. Oversee employee, transactions and reporting activities; assist in payroll calculations and support the Payroll Team; record and maintain current employees and update the payroll master data; process payroll including importing WFM hours and checking of data; checking payrolls and validate Payroll Administrators input done; maintain employee records for new hires, pay changes and terminations; assist Management with adhoc tasks; salary check-lists and variance reports that enlist all new additions, terminations, maternity gross earnings, deductions to be checked and validated for approval by relevant Managers; prepare payroll related reports; prepare files for authorisations of designated payrolls; update leave forms on SAGE People 300; resolve payroll queries; print and distribute payslips and provide month-end reports for the FM. Knowledge of the BCEA, SARS and LRA legislation. Must be ITC clear and have no criminal records. Superb oppportunity for further growth and development!
