POSITION INFO:

A leading organization in the automotive industry is looking for a seasoned Payroll Administrator to take ownership of a complex payroll function. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just process payroll, but understands it; from legislation to reconciliations, controls and continuous improvement.

The business is focused on securing a confident, experienced individual who can bring stability, accuracy and a high standard of compliance to the function.

What You’ll Take Ownership Of:

End-to-end payroll processing in a high-volume environment
Ensuring full compliance with BCEA, SARS and statutory regulations
Managing PAYE, UIF, SDL and all related reconciliations
Handling payroll queries with accuracy and professionalism
Maintaining and improving payroll controls and processes
Supporting audits and ensuring audit readiness
Managing employee benefits, deductions and third-party payments
Delivering accurate reporting within strict deadlines

What You Bring:

Minimum 5+ years’ payroll experience (non-negotiable)
Proven experience in high-volume payroll environments
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
Advanced Excel skills
Experience on a recognised payroll system
High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Confident, reliable and solutions-driven
