The Role: Payroll Administrator
This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time. You will manage salaries, wages, deductions, and reporting while addressing payroll-related queries and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process salaries and wages accurately and on schedule

• Prepare and submit statutory reports (UIF, PAYE, etc.)

• Maintain payroll records and employee data

• Handle and resolve payroll queries efficiently

• Assist with payroll audits and compliance checks

About You

• 3–4 years of payroll experience in a similar environment

• Experience with payroll systems and statutory reporting

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong numerical and administrative skills

• Payroll qualification advantageous
