JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the Logistics Industry, based in the Port Elizabeth, is currently looking to employ an experienced Payroll Administrator. preference given to candidates with NBCRFLI (bargaining council) experience.

Requirements:

Diploma of 1 to 3 years / NQF level 6.
3 - 5 years’ experience.
VIP Premier Payroll.
NBCRFLI (bargaining council) experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Responsible for capturing the bi-weekly and monthly attendance registers into excel from manual forms.
Insert complex formulas for the attendance registers.
Ensure accuracy of the attendance registers.
Submit attendance register to Financial Manager for approval and formula check.
Process leave onto VIP.
Ensure all leave forms are submitted and accounted for.
Prepare Performance Based Reward (PBR) calculations on attendance register and submit to site HR office.
Receive all PBR adjustments from site HR office.
Amend and finalize PBR figures and submit to payroll administrator.
Prepare stats per fortnight on PBR figures and submit to operations director.
Assist payroll administrator with payroll queries.
Complete exit documents (withdrawal forms, UI19 certificates and certificates of service).
Confirm employment of employees with 3rd parties.
Review monthly payroll.
