SUMMARY:

Purpose Of The Job:

Our client a well-established automotive business based in the Westrand, is seeking a Qualified Automotive Technician with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience. The successful candidate must be reliable, technically competent, and willing to work overtime at short notice when required.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer standards
Diagnose mechanical faults and perform repairs accurately
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Complete job cards and technical reports correctly
Adhere to workshop safety standards and company procedures
Work effectively as part of a team to meet workshop targets and deadlines

Requirements:

Qualified Automotive Technician (Trade Test essential)
Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience as a qualified technician in a dealership environment
Must reside within the Westrand area
Valid Driver’s Licence (essential)
Own reliable transport
Willing and able to work overtime at short notice
Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!
