Purpose Of The Job:
 
Our client a well-established automotive business based in the Westrand, is seeking a Qualified Automotive Technician with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience. The successful candidate must be reliable, technically competent, and willing to work overtime at short notice when required.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose mechanical faults and perform repairs accurately
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Complete job cards and technical reports correctly
• Adhere to workshop safety standards and company procedures
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet workshop targets and deadlines

• Qualified Automotive Technician (Trade Test essential)
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience as a qualified technician in a dealership environment
• Must reside within the Westrand area
• Valid Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Own reliable transport
• Willing and able to work overtime at short notice
• Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!
