Our Client in the Automotive industry has a new position available for a Parts Salesman based in Port Elizabeth

POSITION INFO:

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell commercial vehicle parts to new and existing customers
• Provide professional assistance and product advice to clients
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service
• Process quotations, orders, and invoices accurately
• Liaise with customers regarding stock availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Ensure excellent after-sales support and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Maintain accurate records on internal systems
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial parts sales or a similar role
• Strong computer literacy (experience with Pinnacle will be advantageous)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer liaison and relationship-building ability
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
