SUMMARY:
Job purpose:
To provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective Customers relating to all parts being sold over the counter, online, or any other platform. The Parts Sales Representative will assist the customer in understanding the products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications and or Experience:

Customer Care and or Marketing diploma, degree and or relevant experience
At least 3 years’ experience within Customer Care/ Sales
Experienced with a number of systems
Full understanding of design and production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap and re-work
Experience within the sales environment within the automotive industry
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Automotive Parts (Non-Negotiable)
Computer literate
Excellent telephone etiquette
Own transport & valid driver’s license

POSITION INFO:
Parts Sales Representative position available in Newton Park. Experience working with automotive spares and parts beneficial. Experience within the sales environment within the automotive industry. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Automotive Parts (Non-Negotiable), At least 3 years’ experience within Customer Care/ Sales
