POSITION INFO:

Job title: Parts Sales Executive (Spare Parts)

Location: Germiston, Johannesburg

Salary: R15 000/month

Commission structures are not shared upfront, and can be discussed in interviews.

Vacancy type: Full-time and Fixed term contract positions available

Sales and support is to dealerships, transporting companies and the likes, not retail to the public.

Mandatory Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
2–5 years’ experience in truck or commercial vehicle parts sales
Experience with brands such as FAW, Volvo, MAN, or other commercial vehicle groups
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
Good physical health and sober habits
Clear criminal record (subject to verification)
Excel Skills and SAP Experience

Technical & Operational Requirements:

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to correctly identify parts.
Understanding of parts catalogues, VIN decoding, and OEM part identification.
Experience with quotations, invoicing, ordering, and back-order management.
Basic understanding of technical operations and commercial truck mechanical systems.
Advanced computer literacy, specifically Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and manage high call / WhatsApp group volumes.
Ability to work overtime as operationally required.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administration.
Organised, accountable, and able to work independently and within a team.
Positive attitude, teachable, and willing to learn and grow within the business.
