A leading digital and eCommerce organisation is seeking a highly analytical Paid Media Lead to oversee and execute performance-driven customer acquisition strategies.

The position will focus on driving high-quality app traffic, attracting first-time customers, reactivating lapsed users and increasing order volume while maintaining strong cost efficiency.

• Develop and manage an integrated paid media strategy.

• Align paid acquisition activity with marketing and business objectives.

• Balance customer acquisition, retention and reactivation priorities.

• Identify opportunities to expand market share.

• Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns.

• Manage search, social, display and programmatic channels.

• Drive app traffic, first-time orders and repeat purchasing.

• Oversee audience segmentation and targeting.

• Ensure advertising is relevant and conversion-focused.

• Manage significant paid media budgets.

• Optimise Cost Per Order, CAC, ROAS and ROI.

• Monitor campaign performance against revenue and order targets.

• Develop reporting systems and campaign dashboards.

• Use attribution data to guide investment decisions.

• Manage external performance agencies and vendors.

• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, CRM and Product teams.

• Set clear deliverables and performance expectations.

• Ensure agency activity meets commercial and efficiency targets.

• Track developments in digital advertising technology.

• Evaluate emerging advertising platforms and tools.

• Introduce automation and targeting improvements.

• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends.

• Relevant tertiary degree, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science.

• At least five to seven years’ paid media experience.

• Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel paid campaigns.

• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Programmatic advertising experience.

• Mobile app acquisition and attribution experience.

• Strong understanding of CPO, CAC, ROAS and ROI.

• Experience working in eCommerce, mobile apps or on-demand services.

• Leadership and team-management experience.

• Agency or vendor-management experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch experience.

• Experience managing large consumer acquisition budgets.

• Marketplace or delivery-app experience.

• Experience with lapsed-user reactivation.

• Statistical or mathematical background.
