PRODUCTION FOREMAN

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced PRODUCTION FOREMAN for a well-established concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Forklift license required.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

Person must be able to speak / read / write English competently.

Would only suit someone with good eyesight, hearing and dexterity.

5 years’ experience in a similar position in the manufacturing sector (preferably rubber manufacturing).

Responsible for supervising and control of all operations in the department to meet production targets whilst maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.

Strong staff management skills.

Person will be required to work overtime (no shift work involved).

Person must reside in the Pietermaritzburg or surrounding areas.
