PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATOR (CLOTHING INDUSTRY)
POSITION INFO:
RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATOR (CLOTHING INDUSTRY) for a well-established concern, position based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
!PERSON MUST PREFERABLY BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualification/s an added advantage but not essential.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
English speaking (must be able to read, write and speak fluently).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Previous working experience in a similar position is essential.
Manage all orders due for completion daily into warehouse by notifying all stakeholders (warehouse, QA and production facilities both inhouse and external).
Liaise between all departments in the company including sales coordinator, production including quality assurance, external suppliers and warehouse.
Execute an order of full production pack from sales co-ordinator and production to delivery to customer.
Troubleshoot lead time delays during the production process.
On-time delivery of quality approved production to the customer.
On time delivery of 100% of all orders to reach targeted sales.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Staff management.
Must be a strong multi-tasker (manage and develop multiple orders (+- 50/60) simultaneously).
Person must be able to work independently, work unsupervised and manage own time and activities.
Excellent organisational skills.
Person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
