SUMMARY:
PAYROLL AND HR OFFICER

POSITION INFO:

Meondo Holdings is on the look out for a HR AND Payroll Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

Calculating wages, salaries, and deductions; processing paychecks or direct deposits.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to tax laws, labor laws, and other relevant regulations.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate employee records, including payroll data, benefits information, and tax documentation.

Employee Support:

Responding to employee queries related to payroll, paychecks, and benefits.

Reporting:

Preparing and submitting payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Benefits Administration:

Managing employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs.

Data Entry:

Accurately entering and updating employee data in the payroll system.

Problem Solving:

Resolving payroll discrepancies and errors.
Recruitment and onboarding of new employees

Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits.
Dealing with outsourced Labour Recruitment and planning.
Training and development on sites .

Recording and processing confidential information.

The successful incumbent must have the following skill sets:

Grade 12 or equivalent.
HR& Payroll Qualification/ Certification will be advantageous.
5 years working experience in a similar role on SAGE VIP Premier.
Knowledge of legislative requirements.
Knowledge of payroll administration
Computer experience MS Office, Excel,Outlook.
Excel minimum Intermediate level experience must be able to demonstrate same.
Ability to work in a pressuriesed environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to Multitask

Problem solving skills.
