SUMMARY:
Urgently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator in the Kempton Park area.

POSITION INFO:

A well-established company based in the Kempton Park area is seeking a Payroll Administrator with 3–4 years’ payroll experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full payroll function and related administrative duties.

Minimum Requirements

3–4 years’ payroll administration experience
Experience working on SAGE VIP Cloud Based Payroll system
Experience processing payroll journals on Pastel
HR administration experience advantageous
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Reliable and trustworthy

Duties & Responsibilities

Payroll processing function
Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee information
Processing payroll journals on Pastel
Managing leave, overtime, deductions and statutory calculations
Ensuring payroll compliance and confidentiality
Assisting with payroll queries and resolving discrepancies
Preparing payroll reports when required
Assisting with HR administration duties where needed
General payroll and administrative support
