POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a vehicle Parts Sales Consultant to support franchise parts sales, identify customer needs, source parts efficiently and drive sales performance.

KEY FOCUS AREAS

• Identify customer parts needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Accurately capture customer requirements and assess parts needs.

• Source parts, confirm availability, obtain pricing and process orders.

• Invoice and coordinate delivery of parts accurately and timeously.

• Source new parts business accounts within and outside the area of responsibility.

• Maintain attractive parts displays and a customer-friendly environment.

• Apply pricing structures, billing and invoicing procedures correctly.

• Work towards achieving monthly parts sales targets.

• Support teamwork and effective customer service within the dealership.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

·   Matric / Grade 12

·   At least 3 years ‘experience in a Parts environment.

·   Parts sales experience across multiple brands is essential.

·   Computer and business system knowledge.

·   Product knowledge will be advantageous.

·   Able to work independently.  

·   Code 8 Driver’s Licence or higher.

·   Good communication and people skills.

·   Strong selling, marketing and teamwork ability.
