PA- Hilton

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client requires a dynamic and motivated PA to join their team in Hilton.
 
The role will focus on providing key support to the Director and organisation and include the following responsibilities:
 
  • Management of the CRM system
  • General CRM administration
  • Attending meetings alongside the Director
  • Taking minutes and developing task lists
  • Liaison with the team with regards to implementation of task lists
  • Report writing and presentation
  • Office management (ordering of supplies and maintaining stock levels)
  • Hosting of visitors
  • Effectively promoting and representing the work of the organisation.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Matric
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred (such as in PR/communications, business administration or similar)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in English. Additional ability in isiZulu preferred
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • CSR initiatives management/ involvement would be a bonus
  • A true “people’s person” with a passion for engagement and relationship building
  • An organised and pragmatic approach to administration
  • Strong time management skills
  • Able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong tech savvy and full computer literacy.
