Are you a dynamic multi-tasker with a passion for organisation and efficiency? Our client, a renowned wine farm nestled in beautiful Stellenbosch, is looking for a vibrant Executive Assistant to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to be the right hand to four busy Executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. From diary management to meeting coordination and everything in between, you’ll be the backbone of the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to 4 Executives
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Maintain office systems and assist with general office management

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar PA or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Own transport essential
