P2 TECHNICAL TRAINEE

Duties:

• Participate in a structured P2 training programme

• Gain practical experience in electrical or mechanical engineering environments

• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational activities

• Collaborate closely with technical teams and supervisors

• Apply theoretical knowledge to solve real-world engineering challenges

Requirements:

• Completed S4 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum average of 65%

• Grade 12 or N3 qualification with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy averaging 65%

• South African citizenship

• Between 18 and 29 years old

• No more than 2–3 years of work experience

• Basic computer literacy

• Strong willingness to learn, reliability, and motivation

• Ability to commute daily to the training site

Familiarity with the following:

• FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail industries (preferred)
