The Role: Outbound Sales Representative

The purpose of this role is to act as a front-line representative focused on driving revenue through persistent outbound activity. It exists to reactivate dormant accounts, identify warm opportunities, and ensure the CRM database is accurate and up-to-date. The main focus areas involve high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects and existing contacts within the CRM.

• Identify warm opportunities and reactivate dormant accounts by introducing adhesive solutions.

• Tidy up and enrich the CRM database by ensuring contact and company details are accurate.

• Act as a professional brand ambassador during every interaction.

• Gather requirements by asking questions to understand customer problems and position products as solutions.

• Maintain communication logs and administrative accuracy.
