Outbound Sales Consultant- Northern Suburbs- Cape Town

Our Client is seeking to hire an Outbound sales consultant  to join their team in Cape Town.
This position is a work from home position – However if you do not have the necessary equipment to work from home i.e. Fast reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet home office space, you can opt to work from the office based in the Northern Suburbs. The position offers a Basic salary with an excellent commission structure.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Make 100 – 120 calls per day
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent admin skills
• Relationship building skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette
• Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Experience in the property industry beneficial but not a requirement

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contacting Clients on CRM
• Qualifying incoming leads on CRM
• Following up on client queries in timely matter
• Make 100 – 120 calls per day
• Book consultations for Strategists
